Well after having an endoscopy yesterday i figured i'd take it easy today. So I:

Removed the rear swaybar and cleaned up and painted my rear drums.

Then i went ahead and painted all my center caps.. got tired of the rusty chrome look. I also found an easy way for me to do tire changes without getting out of the wheelchair to lift the tire up. Jack the truck up slide the dollie under the tire and once the lugs are off it will drop right on the dollie. Then i just have to maneuver the jack up or down to align the studs. Hell of alot easier then me trying to pick up the tire in the chair, have hit the ground a few time doing that with these tires.

and finished the night off by doing the evil eye paint scheme to my headlights. All in all I'd say a productive day. may not be moving tomorrow but it was nice to be in the garage.

The CJ  is an 1984 CJ7  with an AMC 360 (i or rather that is what PO stated) it was originally my brothers, but since it sat in my garage it became mine. I'm hoping to start work on it this summer.  It has a fiberglass hood which is currently stashed behind my Bronco II.

So i may tackle bedlining my fender flares, trim, and rockers this weekend. My driver side rocker is getting fubared by the wheelchair hitting it all the time. Let me know your thoughts.

There's a company called monsta liner that has a ton of colors. The black would look perfectly fine but colors can make it more unique/original. Here's a link.. http://www.monstaliner.com/ if it'll work anyway

Took about 6 hours to prep and paint on the Rustoleum Bedliner. Stuff works great and is easy to use. Had a couple of runs but since it already has texture i was able to dab it with a papertowel to remove the excess and it blended right in.

First Pic was taken yesterday after picking up the stuff.

and this is after i finished today. I really am impressed with how well it came out.

Here is a link to the album so you can check out the other pics. 1996 XJ
